Premium Sourdough Starter Kit

The Premium Sourdough Starter Kit is the perfect companion to Simply Sourdough and sets you up to put what you learn during the course into practice. Ingredients and materials have been carefully chosen and I regularly use them in all my baking and highly recommend using them when you follow Simply Sourdough.

What’s included:

1 x 1 litre clip top jar with 250ml of starter*
1 x 240ml clip to jar with 100g of Celtic sea salt
2 x 600g bags of Organic Unbleached Bakers Flour from Demeter Farm Mills
1 x 22cm round Banneton basket from www.bannetonman.com.au
1 x hand knitted or hand sewn cotton wash cloth, ideal for cleaning up flour/dough

*please note that if you are further away than 1 or 2 days by courier, I will instead include organic unbleached bakers flour and a voucher for the Sourdough Starter course on www.myheimat.com.au. This course will guide you through the process of making your own starter from scratch, in only 5 minutes each day for 6 days.
