Christmas Stollen is one of the most traditional German treats that you won’t want to miss. Over the course of 2 hours I will walk you through the old family recipe and you will leave the workshop with a Stollen ready to be baked at home, as well as my very own Spice Mix. Who could resist the aroma of Stollen with butter for a wintery morning or afternoon tea.

One stollen serves about 10 people for a small dessert or morning tea. Once baked, it normally lasts over a month, if kept in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.
